Buffalicious Wing Rub


All NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Sugar, garlic, sea salt, paprika, chili powder, mustard, pepper, habanero and spices.

This Buffalo style dry rub has a balance of sweet from the brown sugar with some heat from the chili powder, smoked paprika and habanero. If you like your wings very spicy, add more wing rub! Keep in mind this has heat from the habanero!

To make 2 pounds of chicken wings, use 1-2 TBSPS of Buffalicious Wing Rub and coat both sides. Work the mixture into the meat with your hands. Place the wings in a large ziplock bag and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or refrigerate longer to allow the seasoning to works its way all the way through the meat.

Place the wings on a broiler pan rank and cook 5-6 inches from the heat for 9-10 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked all the way through. Remove the chicken wings from the oven and sprinkle a bit more seasoning on for additional flavor.

To bake in the oven, cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until you reach your desired crispiness.

It can also be used to make Cauliflower Buffalo Wings.

Dip Mix
Add 1 tablespoon of Buffalicious Wing Rub and mix 1/2 cup low fat sour cream, 1/2 cup low fat mayo, 2/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese and 1 tablespoon of white wine.
