Memphis Blues Rub

Memphis Blues rub highlights the special flavors from pork, no matter how you choose to prepare it. It is meant to be used on ribs but it tastes fantastic on chicken, beef brisket, turkey, and sausages. It is also tasty on vegetables like corn, potatoes and bell peppers!

Remove the membrane from the ribs, coat both sides and then rub it in with your hands. You can place the ribs in foil or in a zip lock bag and then refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cooking. For best results refrigerate for 24 hours before cooking.
