Memphis Blues Rub


All NATURAL INGREDIENTS: Paprika, mustard, onion, garlic, pepper, cayenne and spices.

Memphis Blues Rub highlights the special flavors from pork, no matter how you choose to prepare it. It is meant to be used on ribs but it tastes fantastic on chicken, especially dark meat, but really the entire chicken soaks up the flavor. It is also tasty on vegetables

Use 1 TBSP of Memphis Blues Rub per pound of meat. Remove the membrane, coat both sides and then rub it in with your hands. You can place the ribs in foil or in a zip lock bag and then refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cooking. For best results refrigerate for 24 hours before cooking.
