Mix 3 Tbsp of Tuscan Gusto Seasoning with 1/2 cup of olive oil. For best results mix it with oil and let the flavors marinate for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Choose a crusty ciabatta bread or Focaccia, French bread, Italian bread, Olive bread, flatbread, naan or pita.
Drizzle a thin stream of good quality Balsamic Vinegar to the plate of oil to not only add color but add an additional depth of flavor.
Dipping oil bottle:
Add 2 Tbsp of Tuscan Gusto Seasoning to 1 ½ cups olive oil.
Close the bottle and shake well to combine.
Add 2 tsp of fresh minced garlic.
When ready to serve, shake and pour onto a plate adding 1-2 extra Tbsp of oil if needed.
Top with fresh grated cheese.
Store the bottle in the fridge. To serve, allow to come to room temperature and shake.
Excellent for adding to any pasta dish!
Vinegar and oil dressing for salads:
Add 3 Tbsp of Tuscan Gusto Seasoning with 2/3 cups olive oil and 1/3 cup red wine vinegar.
