4 chicken breast halves boneless, skinless and sliced sideways
3-4 tsp Cajun Kaboom Seasoning
1 tablespoon olive or preferably avocado oil
Spray both sides of the chicken breasts with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the Cajun Kaboom Seasoning over both sides of each chicken breast.
In a large cast iron skillet, over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive or preferably avocado oil, as it handles a higher heat without burning.
When the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts.
Cover and cook the chicken breasts for approx seven to eight minutes on each side.
After the chicken has finished cooking, remove it from the heat and let it rest for
about 5 to 10 minutes.
