Grilled Salmon

2 Salmon fillets or steaks
2 Tbsp of Upstream Salmon Rub/Seasoning
2 Tsp of olive oil


Rub fillets with the Upstream Salmon Rub/Seasoning; drizzle with oil.

Place salmon on a lightly oiled rack, skin side up. Grill, covered, over high heat or broil 3-4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn over.

Grill 4-6 minutes longer or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
