Carrot Fritters

1/2 lb carrots, grated
1 small egg
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour, plus more if needed
1 garlic clove, grated
1-2 Tbsp Italian Flare Seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400F line with parchment paper a baking pan.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until combined. You want to drain the grated carrots removing the excess moisture. You might add a bit more flour if the mixture is still wet.
Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture, place it on the baking pan and flatten slightly with your hand.
Bake the fritters for about 12 minutes, then turn them over and keep baking for a further 12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Make a super easy dip by using one below!

Mix ½ Tbsp of Garlic’n Good Seasoning into 1 cup of sour cream or yogurt
OR
Mix ½ Tbsp of Garlic’n Good Seasoning into ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup mayo
OR
Mix ½ Tbsp of Garlic’n Good Seasoning into ½ cup sour cream and ½ cup yogurt.

Stir and chill for at least 2 hours or make the night before.

Serve the fritters, warm or cold, with the Garlic’n Good dip!
